We will put all the paint on our account at Sherwin Williams. All other miscellaneous materials, tools, supplies, and labor to be by the painting contractor.
The Painter to estimate quantities for paint order, I would like to end up with 1 or 2 gallons of each color paint for future use.
If you have any complaints about the wall conditions in terms of it being less than a perfect end product, then complain right away, so we can get Mike to touch up as needed. Otherwise, you paint it, you "bought it". We realize some imperfections will not show up until finish paint is on, again if any problems tell Steve within 1 day max.
The door and window trim is definitely part of the scope of work to be bid. NOTE all the existing windows that are still wood finish will remain wood finish.
Also the wall base, which will be a pre-primed white, but will need paint after installation.
Assume the casement/trim millwork will be pre-primed, simply stuff, no fancy millwork.
Door are on site , 6 panel Oak, solid core from Menards, and will place in the shop, I figure this will be good to be able to assembly line prime and pre-paint these, then Mike will come back to put them in after wood floor is in.
If you wish to do a site visit, that can be arranged.
ROUGHLY 6000SF of surface to paint as reported by the drywall contractor. You are fully responsible for your own estimates.
