Are Fats Bad for You? Trans-Fats are, 10% Saturated Fats in Diet is Fine, Maybe Even Healthy, Sugar is Horrific Though

Sugar solicits an insulin response, a surge, causes oxidation of the lining of the blood vessels, which creates free radicals, and that causes damages and aging

The sugar industry is a strange one.    They get lots of subsidies and special treatment from the US Government, for one.   They have a strong lobby, and they manipulate science and reports to promote themselves, even when they though their actions are killing people.   It really is that bad.

Also really bad are Transfats--if buying store products, check the label, any amount of Transfat
simply means, don't buy it.

Cholesterol was made out to be a horrible killer, in all cases.    It was the whipping boy to coverup the lies of the food industry.    But not all cholesterol is bad, and even the "bad cholesterol" doesn't have to be avoided like the plague.   What is even more important ----Emotional Stress -- Much worse than cholesterol in terms of heart damage, it sets up a cascade of hormones and problems.

Stress plus sugary diet plus transfats are the "key" to poor heart health.

OLD SCIENCE----the best of the old science.

Triglicyride to HDL Ratio -- anything less than 2 is really good.    Above 2 indicates "inflammation" which is a ticket to poor heart health

Blood sugars, still a very important test.

Concept of metabolic syndrome -- Waist size around 40 or more, and blood sugar seems to creep up--that is metabolic syndrome--and

But There is "New Science" and it dispels with improper diagnosis and improper treatment plans, that can cause people to deprive themselves of things that are cheap, nutritious, and actually healthy, like eggs.   Or can cause them to take a statin, when a simpler change, non-drug, could have gotten the job done.

Cholesterol Fractionization--Taking a deeper look at all of the components, types of Cholesterol and breaking them down.

HDL2 is more fluffy, more buoyant than HDL3, and more protective

LDL

Small beebee shot LDL, small dense, inflammatory, thickens
LP Little A == disulfide bridge, inflammatory

If getting a cholesterol test, tell your doctor that you want

VAP or,
LPP or,
NMR

Google them
